JT JNS-450 Selective Wave Soldering Machine

JT JNS-450 selective soldering system is a precision through-hole soldering equipment built for high-density DIP PCBA manufacturing. Unlike conventional full immersion wave soldering that heats the entire PCB, JNS-450 only applies molten solder to designated through-hole pins, protecting surrounding heat-sensitive SMD components and drastically reducing common defects such as bridging, cold joints and pin shrinkage. It adopts servo-controlled moving nozzle technology with ±0.15mm positioning accuracy, X/Y travel speed ranging from 2 mm/s up to 200 mm/s. The machine supports solder nozzles from Φ2 mm to Φ4.5 mm, wave height adjustable between 3–5 mm. Two solder pot configurations are available: 8kg electromagnetic pump version or 13kg mechanical pump version, with maximum soldering temperature reaching 350°C. Nitrogen protection is optional, nitrogen consumption is 1.5–2 m³/h with purity ≥99.999%. Operators can program independent soldering paths, dwell time and solder volume for each target pin via graphical offline programming software. JNS-450 can be integrated inline with DIP assembly production lines or run as standalone offline equipment, widely adopted for automotive electronics, industrial control boards and communication modules with mixed SMT+DIP structure.
