JT RS-800 / RS-1000 / RS-1200 Reflow Oven

JT RS series reflow oven is a high-performance lead-free hot air reflow soldering system designed for SMT PCB assembly. It comes in three configurations: 8 zones, 10 zones and 12 zones, to match different production volumes and thermal requirements. Nitrogen atmosphere option is available to reduce solder oxidation and improve wetting effect for high-end products. Adopting modular heating zones and closed-loop temperature control, the RS series maintains excellent temperature uniformity across the PCB. It supports precise recipe storage and real-time thermal curve monitoring. The mesh + edge conveyor dual transport design handles different PCB sizes reliably. Widely used for consumer electronics, automotive PCB and medical electronics SMT production.
