JT REFINE-1200 (SPI1200) inline 3D SPI adopts white light sine stripe PMP technology, supports max 1200mm long PCB. It delivers 1μm height accuracy for solder paste volume, height and offset inspection for large panel SMT production.
The JT REFINE-1200, also known as JT SPI1200, is an inline 3D solder paste inspection machine specially designed for large-format PCB panel production. Built on white-light sine stripe PMP phase measurement technology, the equipment reconstructs 3D data of pads on PCB automatically, calculating solder paste volume, area, height and position offset precisely.
Equipped with RGBW four-channel 2D light source, the system improves recognition rate for bare copper, silk screen, bridging and foreign matter, reducing false rejection rate. The multi-GPU image acceleration ensures stable high-speed inspection for ultra-long PCBs up to 1200mm, widely used in large-size backlight, server and industrial control board SMT assembly.
