MEKA-S3 Series 3D Solder Paste Inspection Machine (3D SPI)
CTW MEKA S3 Series 3D SPI is a 3D solder paste inspection machine, available in S3, S3 Pro, S3 Pro Max and S3 Ultra models. It adopts self-developed 3D algorithm, up to 25MP camera, high precision solder paste volume & height inspection for PCBA SMT production.
The MEKA-S3 Series is a self-developed 3D solder paste inspection machine (3D SPI). Equipped with self-designed head control drive card, high-efficiency dual magnetic circuit 5-segment patch LED light source and 3000-level precise light control technology, the system delivers stable and efficient imaging performance for SMT solder paste inspection.
The series includes four optional models: MEKA-S3, S3 Pro, S3 Pro Max and S3 Ultra, with camera resolution ranging from 12MP to 25MP. It can detect solder paste volume, height, offset and bridging defects after solder paste printing, helping manufacturers identify printing problems at an early stage and improve overall PCBA assembly yield.
