MIRTEC MV-6 & MV-6 OMNI 3D AOI

MIRTEC MV-6 and MV-6 OMNI are high-performance inline 3D Automated Optical Inspection machines engineered for SMT assembly quality control. Powered by OMNI-VISION® Digital Tri-Frequency Moiré and 12-projection Blue DLP technology, they capture reliable 3D height measurements alongside 2D visual inspection, identifying solder bridging, component offset, missing parts, tombstoning, lifted leads and cosmetic defects on assembled PCBAs. The base MV-6 model is built for standard high-volume SMT production with a 15MP main camera and robust 3D measurement capability. MV-6 OMNI upgrades to a 25MP main camera, optional 18MP Side-Viewer® cameras for 5-sided inspection, and an optional Z-axis module supporting components up to 45mm height. Both systems run MIRTEC’s Intellisys® process management software, featuring AI Auto Teaching to cut programming time, full production data logging and seamless MES integration. An optional internal flipper enables double-sided PCB inspection without extra offline equipment.
