CTW MEKA M2 series inline 2D AOI machines are designed for SMT post-reflow PCBA quality inspection. This 2D automated optical inspection platform detects common assembly defects such as missing components, component offset, wrong polarity, tombstone, solder joint defects and foreign matter.
The M2 is the base model; M2 Pro upgrades camera and processing speed; M2 Pro Max expands the maximum PCB size for larger panel production. All models share the same intuitive inspection software and stable mechanical structure. Widely deployed in consumer electronics, automotive electronics and industrial control PCBA production lines.
