JT NXS-450 / NXS-610 Full-Tunnel Nitrogen Wave

JT NXS series full-tunnel nitrogen wave soldering system is a professional through-hole DIP soldering equipment, designed for mass production of plug-in PCBA. It adopts a fully enclosed nitrogen tunnel structure to create low-oxygen environment during soldering, effectively suppress solder oxidation, improve solder wetting, and reduce common DIP defects such as bridging, cold solder and pin shrinkage. There are two models available: NXS-450 and NXS-610.

• NXS-450: Standard model for regular PCB width, ideal for medium and large batch DIP production

• NXS-610: Wide-web upgraded version, supports larger-size PCBA, suitable for power supply, automotive control board and large through-hole assemblies The machine integrates preheating section, nitrogen wave soldering section and cooling section. It uses intelligent closed-loop temperature control, stable wave nozzle design and automatic flux spraying system. It can seamlessly connect with upstream DIP insertion line and downstream AOI inspection equipment, widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control and automotive electronics manufacturing.
