Hanwha SM451 pick and place machine is built on the reliable SM421 platform, equipped with high-precision pressure control heads for versatile mounting tasks. Adopting X-Y axis linear scales, it greatly improves placement accuracy. It supports components from tiny 0402 chips, QFP (4,000 CPH, IPC9850), up to 57×42mm ICs, long connectors, bare chips and PiP components. It can handle components with maximum height of 28mm, compatible with gripper nozzles for POP packages. Functions including pin warp detection and backside reflection inspection are available to achieve reliable mounting of special components.
