Hanwha SM471PLUS is a high-speed chip shooter, equipped with 10 Spindle/Head, 2 Gantry and New Flying Vision system. It reaches an optimal placement speed of 78,000 CPH, delivering outstanding placement speed and stable consistency for mass electronics manufacturing. It supports components from 0402(01005inch) up to □14mm IC with maximum height 12mm. Adopting high-speed & high-precision electric feeders, it improves actual throughput and mounting quality. The 2Gantry Dual Lane structure maximizes production capacity and supports multiple mounting modes: Join Mode, Single Mode and Twin Mode. Dual Lane Shuttle Conveyor maximizes productivity for small PCBs while maintaining compatibility for large size boards. If one mounting head fails or feeder runs out of components, the other head can continue operation without machine stop.
