Hanwha HM520 is a high-performance modular mounter balancing high speed and flexibility. It adopts 20 spindles ×2 rotary gantry for high-speed chip mounting, with optimum placement speed of 80,000 CPH. It supports components from 0201 microchip up to □55mm IC with maximum component height of 15mm. With modular feeder system and smart factory software, it realizes unmanned, non-stop and zero-defect production. Widely used for consumer electronics, LED and industrial control PCB production.
