It supports PCB size up to 940 × 650 mm and features warpage sensing and soft placement function for heavy components and shield cans. Equipped with dual gantry modular heads, it achieves stable high-speed placement for mixed components ranging from tiny chips to large BGA and shield covers. Side-view defect detection and LCR interlock check ensure reliable mounting quality. It is ideal for automotive electronics, power electronics and large board manufacturing.
