HM520 NEO

Hanwha HM520 NEO is a next-generation modular mounter with two configurable variants: HS high-speed version and MF multi-function version. HM520 NEO HS adopts 20 spindles ×2 rotary gantry, reaching optimum speed of 85,000 CPH for mass mounting of tiny chips. HM520 NEO MF uses 6 spindles ×2 piano gantry, supporting components up to □55mm and long connectors. Both models support single / dual lane production, 80 feeder docking cart, compatible with Hanwha T-Solution smart factory software for unmanned continuous production.
