ESE US-LX5 ultra large solder paste printer for 1500×650mm PCB, designed for large LED screen panel and extra-long substrate SMT production.
US-LX5 is the top flagship model of LX series, built for super-long PCB up to 1500 × 650 mm. It adopts reinforced heavy cast frame to avoid deformation during long stroke printing. It supports the largest stencil frame up to 1800×800 mm.
Same X-direction printing and cleaning structure as LX1/LX3, equipped with enhanced vacuum clamping system for heavy and warped large LED panels. Alignment accuracy ±12.5 μm @6-sigma, printing repeatability ±25 μm @6-sigma, Cpk≥2.0. Cycle time for 1500mm PCB is about 60 seconds.
US-LX5 is the preferred solution for large LED display screen, ultra-long lighting board and big-size backlight module manufacturers.
