US-LX3
ESE US-LX3 stencil printer supports PCB up to 1300×650mm, for LED display panels and long substrate SMT manufacturing.
US-LX3 is the mid-range large-format printer of LX series, capable to handle PCB up to 1300 × 650 mm. It retains all core mechanical and functional advantages of LX1, with upgraded linear motion system to ensure stable movement during long stroke printing.
The side vacuum clamping tool is standard optional, which solves the printing problem of bent LED panels. It supports stencil frame up to 1500×800 mm. Alignment accuracy ±12.5 μm @6-sigma, printing repeatability ±25 μm @6-sigma, Cpk≥2.0. Cycle time for 1300mm PCB is about 52 seconds.
Widely used in LED display module, large backlight panel and long power board production lines.
