ESE US-LX1 automatic stencil printer for max 1000×650mm long PCB, ideal for LED strip and long substrate SMT assembly.
US-LX1 is the entry model of ESE LX large-format printer family, engineered for ultra-long PCB boards up to 1000 × 650 mm. Adopting X-axis printing and cleaning design inherited from E8 platform, it can support heavy substrate up to 10kg. The optional side vacuum clamping kit effectively fixes warped long PCBs to eliminate printing deviation.
Alignment accuracy is ±12.5 μm @6-sigma, printing repeatability ±25 μm @6-sigma, Cpk≥2.0. Optimized cycle time for 1000mm PCB is around 45 seconds. It supports multiple large stencil frames, with full optional functions including multi-mode stencil cleaning, 2D solder paste inspection, barcode traceability and MES connection.
Mainly applied for LED light bar, small LED panel and long industrial control board production.
