ES‑E8 is professional extra‑large‑size automatic solder paste printer, built for maximum PCB dimension of 850 × 610 mm. Based on mature E‑series mechanical architecture, it features heavy‑duty rigid frame, 3‑stage conveyor and auto stencil loading & positioning.
Optimized cycle time is 17 seconds. Alignment accuracy ±12.5 μm @6‑sigma; printing repeatability ±25 μm @6‑sigma, Cmk≥2.0. It supports huge stencil frames up to 1050 × 850 mm, mainly applied for LED panels, large display module, extra‑long industrial PCBA production.
It retains full optional functions including multi‑mode stencil cleaning, squeegee auto‑calibration, 2D inspection, barcode & MES data management.
