ES‑E7 large‑format automatic solder paste printer inherits the stable mechanical platform of E2, and expands maximum printable PCB size up to 700 × 610 mm. It is equipped with standard 3‑stage conveyor and auto stencil loading & positioning function.
Alignment accuracy keeps ±12.5 μm @6‑sigma; printing repeatability reaches ±25 μm @6‑sigma, Cpk≥2.0. Optimized cycle time is 12 seconds. It accepts multiple large stencil frames from 650 mm up to 900 mm, well‑suited for large‑size industrial control board, power electronics and long‑board production lines.
Same rich function options as E2: multi‑mode stencil cleaning, squeegee auto‑calibration, 2D inspection, barcode traceability and MES interface.
