ANDA VP-10L In-line Vacuum Plasma Cleaning Machine is a compact inline vacuum plasma processing equipment. Adopting inline automatic transmission structure, it can be directly connected with front and back production equipment. It completes vacuum pumping, plasma reaction and gas exhaust automatically in sequence. It is used for removing organic residues, descum, surface activation before coating, bonding and dispensing. Compact footprint, ideal for mid-volume SMT and packaging production lines.
