ANDA iPot series Vacuum Potting Machine
ANDA iPot vacuum potting machine includes inline iPot-VL2100 and offline iPot-VN2100 models. It adopts 3-axis motion platform for high precision AB glue potting under vacuum, suitable for new energy modules and automotive electronics encapsulation.
ANDA iPot series vacuum potting machine has two configurations: inline iPot-VL2100 and offline iPot-VN2100. It is designed for potting applications with self-flowing glue and high-filler materials. The system can be equipped with a material preparation station for glue feeding. The 3-axis motion platform supports point, line, circle and arc trajectory programming, with maximum moving speed up to 500mm/s. Under high vacuum environment, it completely eliminates air voids inside encapsulation glue. It supports multiple mixing valves to meet different cycle time requirements. The secondary valve design prevents glue dripping and leakage. Anti-curing and automatic cleaning functions reduce downtime. It can connect with upstream and downstream machines to form a full production line. Widely used for new energy power modules, automotive sensors, transformers and high-voltage electronic components.
