JE JTA-N300 Automatic Axial Inserter

JE JTA-N300 automatic axial inserter belongs to JE NAVIGATOR Series, a through-hole axial component insertion machine for DIP PCB production. It automatically completes taped axial component feeding, lead cutting, lead forming and PCB insertion in one continuous process. It mainly handles axial resistors, axial diodes and other taped axial components. Equipped with servo drive system, it ensures stable insertion force and avoids PCB cracking. JTA-N300 is the standard model with 8 feeder stations, designed for medium and small batch production. It supports quick feeder replacement, reducing product changeover time. It can work standalone or connect inline with wave soldering machines. Widely used in power supply, home appliance and industrial control PCB manufacturing.
