JE JTR-A600 Automatic Radial Inserter

JE JTR-A600 automatic radial inserter is the high-speed upgraded model of JE AVIATOR Series, built for high-volume DIP through-hole PCB assembly. It completes radial component feeding, lead forming, cutting and PCB insertion automatically. It supports taped and bulk radial components such as radial capacitors, resistors, diodes and varistors. The high-performance servo system ensures stable and accurate insertion. It supports up to 16 expandable feeder stations and higher insertion speed. It can be integrated into full DIP production line together with wave soldering. Suitable for large batch production of automotive electronics and high-volume power supply PCBs.
