JE JTR-A400 Automatic Radial Inserter

JE JTR-A400 automatic radial inserter belongs to JE AVIATOR Series, a standard through-hole component insertion machine for DIP PCB production. It automates the full workflow of radial component feeding, lead forming, lead cutting and PCB insertion. Designed for taped and bulk radial parts including radial capacitors, resistors, diodes and varistors. Equipped with servo insertion system to guarantee precise insertion force and avoid PCB damage. With 8 standard feeder stations, it is perfect for medium and small batch production. Fast feeder changeover greatly reduces product switching time. It can run standalone or connect inline with wave soldering machines. Widely used in power supply, home appliance and industrial control PCB manufacturing.
