VCTA AOI S810 / S820 (2D AOI)

VCTA S810 and S820 are cost-effective inline 2D Automated Optical Inspection machines designed for SMT PCBA quality control. Built with high-resolution industrial cameras and multi-angle programmable lighting, they capture clear board images to identify common assembly defects including missing components, part offset, tombstoning, solder bridging and insufficient solder. S810 is the standard entry model for medium-volume SMT production. S820 is the upgraded 2D version with higher camera resolution and faster inspection speed, suitable for high-mix high-volume manufacturing. Both models support intuitive auto-teach programming, reducing setup time for new PCB products. Inspection statistics and defect reports can be exported, and the machine supports MES system connection for full production traceability.
