JT AOI JTA-518D

JT AOI JTA-518D is a high-efficiency inline 2D Automated Optical Inspection system specially designed for SMT PCBA quality control. It features unique dual-table transport structure to realize non-stop board loading and inspection, greatly improving production throughput. Equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and multi-angle composite lighting system, the JTA-518D reliably identifies common SMT defects including missing chips, component offset, tombstone, solder bridging and insufficient solder. It supports components down to 01005 size. The intuitive auto-teach programming software cuts setup time, and inspection data can be exported and connected to factory MES for full production traceability. Its stable conveyor system fits most standard PCB sizes for medium and high volume SMT factories.
