DJ-01 plunger needle dispensing valve, also known as needle striker valve, is a classic pneumatic on-off dispensing valve. The internal needle moves up and down rapidly to open/close the fluid channel, realizing stable contact dispensing. Simple internal structure brings low failure rate and easy maintenance. It is suitable for low viscosity fluids such as flux, lubricating oil, thin UV glue. Commonly used in PCB flux coating and basic electronic component glue dispensing.
