PC2000-450 two-component screw dispensing valve is a volumetric metering valve specially designed for two-component AB materials. Dual independent servo screws precisely control the flow rate of A glue and B glue, realizing adjustable mixing ratio. It eliminates ratio deviation caused by pressure fluctuation, ensuring consistent dispensing result. Widely used for epoxy resin, PU, silicone two-component materials in PCB potting, sensor encapsulation, new energy and automotive electronics.
