ANDA iJet-7L In-line Jet Dispenser

ANDA iJet-7L is a large-format model of the iJet series in-line jet dispensing system. It inherits the mature non-contact jet dispensing technology of ANDA iJet platform, without needle touching the workpiece surface, to prevent glue dragging and component scratching. Compared with iJet-7H, the iJet-7L is optimized for larger PCB and substrate dimensions. It adopts inline conveyor structure, which can be seamlessly integrated into automatic SMT production lines. The machine realizes automatic board feeding, visual alignment, high-speed jet dispensing and board unloading. It is widely used for underfill, conformal coating, dam & fill and marking for large power boards, module substrates and automotive electronics PCBA. The self-developed jet valve and high-precision motion system guarantee consistent glue volume and stable long-run operation.
