CTW MEKA FAVI-Cube

CTW MEKA FAVI-Cube is an all-in-one six-sided final visual inspection system built on 4-axis robotic technology. It combines automatic loading, multi-sided visual inspection and NG sorting within one compact machine. Equipped with 25MP industrial camera (65MP optional) and DLP structured light projection, FAVI-Cube reaches minimum 5μm detection precision. The system is engineered for full appearance inspection of various electronic components. It can detect surface scratches, chipping, deformation, dimensional defects and foreign matter on all six sides of parts. With stable high-speed performance and low false alarm rate, it is the ideal inline quality control equipment for mass electronic component manufacturing.
