Our DIP Odd-form Insertion Turnkey Line handles through-hole and odd-form component assembly for PCBA.
The standard configuration includes CAM series odd-form inserter, MEKA-B2 before-wave AOI, MEKA-AUB after-wave AOI and MEKA-BR online rework station. It realizes automated odd-form insertion, pre & post soldering inspection and on-board repair.
We can adjust station combination to match your odd component types, PCB dimensions and production capacity.
