ANDA ADG-5DI is a high-precision 5-axis dispensing system integrating X/Y/Z linear motion plus rotary 4th and 5th axes. Unlike standard 3-axis dispensers, it supports dispensing on 3D, inclined and curved workpiece surfaces, solving adhesive coating requirements for complex shaped components. Equipped with high resolution CCD visual alignment system, the machine automatically identifies workpiece position and compensates for offset. It can handle various types of adhesives including epoxy, silicone, UV glue and thermal conductive paste. Widely used for automotive connectors, sensor encapsulation, 3D module potting and semiconductor packaging. It is ideal for mid-volume high-precision production where inline conveyor is not required.
